Coming Along Pretty Good

Thank God! I been up for 19 hours making music. We're finally making hits and I love the sound. I can't wait till this project is done so I can share this with you guys. I hope you like it, because I love it and it's hard to get me to like my own music. I do this for people chasing a dream and the people that want freedom. We all chasing dreams in life. We just have to connect the dots. Man, I'm so hyped up right now! Thanks for staying tuned in. I will chat with you soon. Peace!

Beat Making Software

hey guys, I was on the internet and I came across this music production software. It works for Mac and Windows. Grammy producer "Dallas Austin" is the founder of this system. Other producers such as JD use this system and recommends it to any other artist into music and starting out or even an advance producer could really use this system to make some amazing production. Wether you're working on a project or an EP, this will sure bring light to your music. Try it out and see what you think. Here is the link if you're interested. Working On Fame Addict

Well, right now I'm working on a song called "Fame Addict". It's about this girl that uses her charm and looks to pretend she likes you only to snatch fame and your wallet. But, I'm kind of on to her games she is playing. As for right now, I'm deciding whether to put it on sound cloud or not, because I might just save it for something. You guys have to hear something from me. The only two songs you heard on my sound cloud was "I Can't Deny It". That was a remix. The other one was "Fame Addict (Demo)". So, I have to put out a legit song for you guys. I'll think about it. Let me get ready for training. Take it easy everyone!

The Music

Well, I'm working on some music right now, but I don't know if I should let you guys hear it or not. The reason for that is I don't know how I want to present myself to the world. Once I finally figure it out, then I'll show you guys. I just really want it to be great hopefully I can make it great. You know what I mean. People decide in an instance whether they like the music or not, so I'm trying to catch their ears the moment they listen to it. I'm just trying to put my best foot forward. I'm not going to make this blog long. So, back to creating some more visions. Y'all keep chilling like a villain and doing your thing. Peace!

A Little About Me "Brandon Dequan"

My name is "Brandon Dequan" Smith. Man I'm just going to be honest, I'm not into one type of shit. I like what I like. I was born September 16th, 1994. I started really getting into music at 2 years old. Anywhere from dancing with for people to singing, It was cool and fun to do. I was hard headed as shit as a child. Never really preferred one type of music, but my favorite music is soul music. Through the years I played around on sound recorder and made some clips here and there with my sister. I use to  love making beats on this piano  we had. I also had a DJ set. 6th grade I got into skateboarding, because this kid brought a CCS magazine to school and I thought the shoes in it was the tightest shit ever. He let me get the magazine, then I started looking at the boards and liked the art work. Some weeks later, these folks were moving down the street and they left this old skateboard there and me and my childhood friend started riding on it and shit. I think this was late 2006. The kids at school were skateboarding at this new school I went to and that made me want to do it even more. So, I started doing that shit a lot. It was fun. I quit that for awhile in 9th grade and got into basketball more, then got back into skateboarding in 10th grade. I started getting better in 10th grade the most, because I learned about work ethic and shit. I started tre flipping and kickflip boardsliding ( I'm rusty now). I quit skateboarding again and got back into basketball. I started skating again in 11th grade and that love for music came back again. That year a the beginning of 2012 I made my first solo mixtape. I also created a crew called 90s babies. I continued skating and making music. I made a mixtape over the summer and released it when my senior of high school started up (I didn't get any buzz at all). Me and a member of 90s babies made a EP together, I think it was called "the backyard hooligans EP". Posted that on datpiff (still no fucking buzz). I released a mixtape at the beginning of 2013 called "Mic Check Brandon Mixtape" (when I used to be called mic check Brandon). I tried On that one still no hope. Later around march of that year I met "Surge Supreme". He is an amazing musician. We linked and did some songs together. I released my last mixtape at the end of senior year. This one finally worked, but I was about to fucking graduate, so that sucked. People liked it though, so that was cool. I got a little bit of buzz off that shit. Bombeezlee, we just finished a mixtape(I don't know when it is going to be released). I working on a new mixtape, hoping people will take a chance and listen to this one. For the first time ever, I'm going to sing on a mixtape, so stay tuned. I'm just going to keep making music, skating, making art, and doing everything fun, so stay locked in and see what we do with this shit. Peace Hoes!
